It’s so sunny today. Actually, it’s so warm here during the day but at night and in the morning, it’s kinda chilly. Spring is just around the corner (you could also say “it’s almost spring” - both mean the same thing and both are correct), so its nice here.
its or it’s - use it’s whenever you are shortening the words “it is”. One of the uses of the apostrophe ‘ is to show there is a letter “missing” (in this case the i from it is). That’s the reason that sometimes you see its and sometimes it’s (which one is correct depends on the meaning). It sounds exactly the same in speaking and many many native speakers get it wrong (including me sometimes!), just thought this might be a useful tip to help you 😁.
