I wake up at 7 am. I get up after 15 minutes, starting my morning routine wash my teeth, face and change my clothes then i prepare my coffee. These days due to covid19 i'm working from home. That's why my schadule is flixible. I daily attending webinars concerning my research topic, continue my morning working on my thesis. After my lunch i have a rest for 2 hours check my email and waching youtube videos. I add a new habit to my day which is learning English and I try to workout daily for 20 minutes or have a walk in a park. After dinner i clean the kitchen and prepare a menu of the next day. Finally, i floss my teeth and journaling then go to bed. (I pray 5 times a day: the dawn- noon - afternoon - evening- night)
