What is the most important thing in our lives? I recently heard that time is our most valuable asset, but I just agree to some extent. Yes, time is important, but how about the quality of that time? I don't want to be abstract, I mean, you can have all the time in the world to do something, but if you don't have health what can you do? I just came up with the idea that health is more important than time. In fact, time is the result of being healthy. So before making plans for something we should take into account our health. It seems reasonable to assume that every decision we make should consider our health. So instead of asking "Do I have time to go to the movies?", you should ask "If I go to the movies will it make me healthier?"

I jthink/believe that one's health is more important than time. In fact, time is the result of being healthy. So before making plans for something we should take into account our health. It seems reasonable to assume that every decision we make should take our health into consideration. (every time we make a decision, it should be with our health in mind). So instead of asking "Do I have time to go to the movies?", you should ask "If I go to the movies, will it make me healthier?"
I think if you are talking about going to the movies making you healthier, then you need to talk about mental as well as physical health.
