I love a lot of things to eat, it’s an hard choice to pick only one. For example I can talk about my passion for Lasagna. I’m from Italy, so in our country pasta and pizza are venerated as holy things lol. I tried during my life so many different version of Lasagna, but one is still alive in my memory, the one that I ate this January in Bologna, during a travel. It was so perfect: tasty, crunchy at the right level, with small pieces of meat on the top. It had a particular , almost, green colour, maybe because of the type of pasta utilised. I would like to use more specific terms to describe the consistency, the aspect and the characteristics of the pasta but for this reason I choose Italki, to improve my languages skills.
