I’ve been wondering why I can’t stop snacking.
One thing came to my mind is that it's because I’m too bored.
Whenever I’m into something,like started sewing projects, I would even forget eating and stay up all night.
I remember not having any time to snack when I started training kickboxing.
I was too busy learning by watching YouTube and practice.
What I crave is probably not a snack,it’s an excitement.
