I love to eat french fries but it isn't a healthy food, so even if I love to french fries, I need to think on how it can be bad for me and so I just eat them once a month. There was a time when I was a child on which I was eating french fries once a week and sometimes more than once a week, so I liked but it was not good for my health, because I was fat. Some months ago I decided to not eat fast food instead I'm eating vegetables and also I'm doing exercises.

French fries is a plural noun, so you need to use “they,” not “it.” If you use “and,” then using “also” too would be redundant. My husband also loves french fries. Everything in moderation!
