Excercise on September 23th. Please help me correct this excercise below. Thank you very much. How many hours do you spend to use Social Media per a day?. Are you addicted social media? These days, many people stay at home because of covid 19 so most of their activities are associated with Internet. Before the pandemic has outbroken, we had quite lots of outside activities like meeting friends, picnic, travelling,… but now we are not allowed to do these things. That may makes us irritated and annoyed. Internet is the only way to help us entertain but when spending much time for that, we can be addicted easily. Although I try to limit on the time of using Social Media, sometimes I almost lost control surfing Facebook, Youtube and others. Everyday, I spend an average of 2 hours on Social media or even 5 or 6 hours. That’s really bad for my health, especially eyes. To limit on using, I uninstall all of social media applications on my cellphone and don’t log in Facebook and Youtube anymore. I spend more spare time for cooking, cleaning and gardening. The size of my house is not enough for a garden but there has a terrace about 15 meter square in the third floor. My parents have planted many kinds of bonsai for 6 years. That place is really nice for doing meditation and seeing sunset. Social Media brings to us lots of benefits for working, studying and relaxing. However, if we waste our time for worthlessness, that will have negative effects very seriously. There are lots of ways that can make you independent on the Internet so much.

However, if we waste our time on meaningless pursuits, there will be serious negative effects. There are various ways to limit you over-dependence on the internet.
