Korean translation help! B jokes that the word A's 생신 on the birthday cake which mean A's getting old, and A said 생신이 좀 걸리네, what does it mean?

I guess the word "생신" is bothering A because the term "생신" is used for old people to show them respect instead of "생일". "생신" was supposed to be "생일" because A thought she/he is not that old. "걸리다" which is the base form of "걸리네" means "신경이 쓰이다" or "마음에 걸리다" so it can be "생신 is getting to me" or "생신 is bothering me a bit" ^______^
