tell me what do you think of this poem? Where is my enemy? This is your enemy, That is your enemy. Do you not yet see, Words from those who look without seeing. Lazy, Lazy, Lazy You'll never meet your enemy, You'll never really live No, the enemy I am seeking, My enemy is not to be sought, lest we find ourselves surrounded No, The enemy I am waiting for, My enemy is not to be awaited, Lest it violate us, Lest it violate our very souls, Our very souls! And our lonely souls should be one, Enemy to enemy at long last

This is a scene from ESP 25 dialogue between Akiyuki and the Hiruken Emperor. It is not a poem. Full of repetition.

I personally like it a lot, but I have to say that unless there's an extraordinary coincidence going on here, the opening of them poem comes directly from some lines in an anime called Xam'd. But the last bit, "Lest it violate our very souls, our very souls! And "Our lonely souls should be one, Enemy to enemy at long last" are his own (atleast I haven't seen it anywhere else) and I like it. I actually added them into a facebook post I wrote of the Xam'd poem, attributing it to "someone" :-).
