"A-h" or "ə" (as in 'A-bout') in karmA, dramA, kindA, tunA, datA, female names eg ElinA, VeronicA, etc?

The pronunciation of 'A' in 'about' is different from the rest 'karma......Veronica..' It is more of an "ə" in 'about' .

In most cases, the final syllable has a weak accent so it's very normal to drop it into the short and neutral "ə".
