How can I learn German without any resources? I'm in a place that has limited recource for learning a foreign language. I really want to learn German. I've learnt it in my college, but I've forgotten everything. I want to pick it up, but don't know how. I guess I need to buy a book first, but how to tackle the pronunciation problem?

You will have to depend on online resources such as: - Online German learning sites. - Online German teachers. - Language partners. - Watching movies ,documentaries or any other German spoken talk show or program online or on TV. - You can Amazon purchase books for learning German,if you can't get hold of them in your city.

http://www.dw-world.de/ (Deutsche Welle) has a lot of resources tailored towards learners including a mini-series called Jojo sucht das Glueck which has subtitles and is not too complicated. It also has German news and culture articles. It and all of its articles are available in 30 different languages as well as German. It's helped me a lot in my first year of German.
