A couple of options:
Ich habe es getan, weil sie es nicht machen wollte. Schließlich habe ich es getan, weil sie es nicht machen wollte. Am Ende habe ich es getan, weil sie es nicht machen wollte.
You could also substitute "tun" for "machen".
