What do you mean? Do you want a list of fruit, vegetables etc? Fruit= apples, bananas and oranges which you peel and eat raw. Vegetables= potatoes, carrots which you peel and slice. Some can be eaten raw or cooked. Meat= beef, lamb, chicken, veal, pork which you can roast, fry, grill or boil. Seafood= crabs, fish, oysters, scallops, calamari [octopus] prawns, crayfish [ lobster] which also can be fried, grilled, baked and boiled.
