You's better to read or remember 汉字 not only by the character itself but also with other one which can be read and used together. Then, you can see it might be easier to distinguish from each other. For example, [鬣]---鬣狗(a kind of dog), [灞]--灞陵(Ba city in China), then you can recognise and remember them easily. Right?

correct: 汉字 yeah, I dont know some Chinese charactors whatever I am Chinese. The same thing happening on me when I am studying English, such as quite&quit, candidate&canadian; I think I cannot distinguish two words because I dont know those words well. So, just keep going, try to remember them.

yeah they just look like each other but acturally there are different .try to remember the different part of them and pay more attation to those words which are similar. Hope I'ven't made a spelling mistake
