I have found the following paragraphs online He is my senior. 他是我學長. 學長學姐或是學弟學妹的說法可說是在英文討論區被發問的次數最多的問題了! 很可惜的是, 我來美國之後還沒有聽過老美說過 "He is my senior." 老美說不定還覺得很奇怪, 為什麼大家都是同學, 老中居然還有學長學弟之分? 他們一般就是直接稱呼名字, 例如 "Martin told me that is a good movie." 若是名字也不太確定就直接說 my friend 也可以. 不過如果你還是非常堅持想知道學長學姐在 Chinese English 中的說法, 學長姐就是 senior, 學弟妹叫 junior. 也許還有其它的說法, 不過一般而言, 以這二者較常用.

No, you can refer by the year of school they are in: Freshman is first year Sophomore is second year Junior is third year Senior is fourth year For example: "Bob is a senior." That doesn't say he's in your major. Some other words: Classmate: someone in same class Mentor: someone you admire and helps teach you. (usually not a student) Colleague: someone in same group, company, school, etc.
