"Crossfit" is actually a brand name. It is an exercise program that combines many different types of exercise - weight training, sprinting, gymnastics, rowing and others - to create a "total fitness". It means that a person doing a crossfit program would have to work on a number of physical attributes - endurance (lungs and hear), power, strength, among others.
