What is correct use of sentence.
Everybody thinks of himself.
or Everybody thinks of herself.
or Everybody thinks of themselves.
Please elaborate little bit.

"Everybody" is singular, so you cannot say "themselves." You can say "himself," "herself" or "him/herself."
I know it is frustrating that there is not a neutral pronoun in English, but that does not mean we can start mixing singular and plural.
