I was so not gonna get up this morning? I feel this sentence is not that right. Shall I say" I was reluctant to get up this morning"?or " I really didn't want to get up this morning".

The first one wouldn't have been heard a few years back, but has gained in popularity. You would hear the third most of all. That may change with time as the form "I am so not ..." continues to be heard more.

You can say," I didn't feel like getting up this morning."

All three are correct, but the first one is the least formal.
