Can I vote for president using the internet. If you are referring to president of the U.S., then the answer is definitely no, since you are not a citizen. If you were a citizen, you still could not use the internet to vote. One of the main reasons is there is a much greater chance for vote fraud over the internet. It would be a hacker's dream.

I don't know much about electronic voting or e-voting since it's still pretty new. But even if you were able to vote, as the citizen of another country your vote would be DISALLOWED because you are not an officially registered voter. Well, in the U.S. they check that.
