american / english accent I try to understand a little bit more about difference between english accent. Can someone give me a list of some main exception between english and american accent? For example, the letter "t" is not pronunced the same like for the words "capital", "center".. Thanks

My daughter-in-law is from London. She says bath like b-ah-th. In general, her a's have more of an ah sound to them instead of the way Americans say the a sound.
