Thank you ur welcome which is better or which is correct or more correct it someone says 'Thank you'? am i going to say 'you're welcome'? or is it okay if i say 'thank you too'? i mean sometimes, someone will say thank you to you but you feel thankful to her too...

"You're welcome" is perfectly fine. Here are few other options: "No problem." "My pleasure." "No worries." (very Australian) "Not at all." If you want to give thanks in return, there is "No, thank YOU." This could quickly turn into comedy.
