What does it mean? I found it difficult to get around London when I first came, but I am used to it now. I am used to getting around London by tube. I am getting used to the climate. Do not worry. You will get used to eating with chopsticks.

'used to' means 'have become accustomed to' in the first two 'am becoming accustomed to' in the third and 'will become accustomed to' in the fourth accustomed to = familiarized with
