about saying of "-"sign If my email address has a sign of "-",how do I express it in English when I tell someone in very native saying? eg. AB-C@gmail.com, AB_C@gmail.com sometimes is only a minus sign "-" ,sometimes is under line"_".

the _ (under the line) is called an underscore. the - (in the line) is called a dash or hyphen. Sometimes 'dash' can be understood to mean / which is actually a forward slash, but occasionally people misunderstand, so I tend to prefer the word hyphen.
