How do you know if someone is being racy or a racist, are there tell tale signs?
Can you determine a racy person by his choice of words or by the tone of his voice?

A racist is a person who judges by race, ethnic group, skin color.
A racy person is one who makes risky comments. The topic might be flirting, sex, or jokes. Racy clothes as an example, they reveal much of the body.
It is two different things.

racy and racist are two different things.
you can find a racy person by his body language.
You can find a racist person by his choice of words.
