"Do we have a house?" is the proper form. "Have we a house?" is very outdated grammar (by a couple of centuries).

Do we have a house? That is the most correct way to say that.

Have we got a house? and Do we have a house? Note: Have is more formal than Have got You should tell your friend I've got a house because he's your friend and You should tell your boss I have a house because he's your boss :D
