In order of best down: 5th 1st 4th 3rd Don't use 2nd at all. You might also say: On a scale of one to ten, how angry was he?

Only 2 is no good, both grammatically and semantically, but if you hear people say it, it'd be fair enough to understand. 4 sounds the coolest to me, only it doesn't mention the anger thing, so might need a little polishing, imo.

the number5 and number1 are the correct sentences.the other sentences don't make sense at all.in my opinion
