Is it correct to say? This approach implyes detailed discription of the previous experince of using this remedy. Which synonym can be used instead of "detailed" in this senetence?

As it is now, the sentence needs an a before your word in question. It is "A detailed description." I like the word detailed here, yet if you have already used it to often, it could be ("a" carefully -or thoroughly- depicted description.)
