I'm reading stories written in Italian. I can't understand this article's meaning. Especially highligted parts are difficult for me to understand. Please tell me the meaning. ( Please in English or Japanese) Tanto per invominciare, [calma].

Chi e` l'autore ? Sono curioso.

For starters, stay calm. A piece at a time the story will uncover: these things take time, everybody knows. Besides, every story is made up of fragments. It begins and ends casually (or "wherever it has the chance"). What was there before? What's going to happen afterwards? And so this is how we start.

To begin with ( calm). ( A piece) at a time, the story will come out: for these ( things it takes time), it is known. (And then every story is made up of fragments. It begins and it ends somewhere it happens) What was there before? What will be happen later? Mah..and then we begin in this way.
