Difference between 정말 and 진짜? Hello! ^^ i know that both 정말 and 진짜 both mean "really", but you can only use them in certain sentences. If you could explain when to use them and include some examples, that would be awesome haha Thank you in advance! ^^

Both are interchageable, but "진짜" sounds more informal.^^/ As Shannon mentioned above, I think it's just a matter of personal preference. I'd rather "진짜" in spoken. Get some examples at... 1) for "진짜" http://endic.naver.com/search_example.nhn?query=%EC%A7%84%EC%A7%9C&preQuery=&searchOption=example&forceRedirect=N 2) for "정말" http://endic.naver.com/search_example.nhn?query=%EC%A0%95%EB%A7%90&preQuery=&searchOption=example&forceRedirect=N \^o^/

* really = 정말, (ex) really? = 정말? * true = 진짜. (ex) Is it true? = 진짜? It depends on personal preference. Southern South Koreans such as Pusan are prone to use "진짜".
