I've never loved anybody as much as I loved you. Is it OK?

Yes, perfect. Although you may want to say "love" instead of "loved" unless you mean you do not love them at this moment. Loved is past tense.

It's OK but you don't need 'have'. I never loved anybody as much as I loved you.(I never loved anybody in the past as much as I loved you in the past) Here we don't need 'have' as it is unnecessary. or I have never loved anybody as much as I love you.(I never loved anybody in the past up until now as much as I love you)
