"I have 15 patients left to attend to." "Call arrangements" refers to the priority with which patients will be seen by a busy doctor, and when he/she will be available for any unscheduled consultations. In the UK there is also a "Crash Call" - an emergency team will be called when a patient has a cardiac arrest.
