There is something missing for sure, and probably an extra word also.. One thing seems to be the tiny word is. This linking verb will make it more clear. Change is decided by nature and bent by evolution, education, habit........ Change is bent by nature and decided byevolution, education, habit...... Change is decided through nature by evolution, education, habit.. Nature creates change by way of evolution, education, habit.. Are any of these what you want to say? I think you mean either of the last two.

No, it doesn't quite make sense the way you have it written. The confusing part is "decided bent given by nature." I don't understand what you're trying to say there. Maybe try rewriting it and then posting again.
