You have always relied on the kindness of strangers what does it imply? it tell us 'don't trust others easily' or 'there are many nice stranger everywhere who can help you'? or anything else?Thanks

This reminds me of a famous line from an old play "A Streetcar Named Desire" by Tennessee Williams: "Whoever you are, I have always depended on the kindness of strangers." To me, a person who would depend on the "kindness of strangers" is probably a very trusting person, perhaps too trusting, since we know that sometimes strangers often expect something in return for their "kindness."
