First:"Is this sentence right? " and:"i saw her,who looked like a rich person yesterday" (ps:with any relative clauses,to check out whether it's right or not-you can separate into the begining sentences.Example with your question:"i saw her,who looked like a rich person yesterday"=i saw her yesterday.she looked like a rich person".Do you understand?)

Depending on what you actually mean it can be either "I saw her yesterday and she looked like a rich person" -> you already know the person you saw, and she looked rich, OR "I saw someone yesterday who looked like a rich person I know" -> you don't know the person you saw, but she looked like someone rich you already know
