If the people in a certain area or profession use a particular set of words that few other people use on a regular basis, you can put '-speak' at the end of it. Just don't overdo it. "Techno-speak" "Bureaucrat-speak" "Southern-speak" "Army-speak"

If we were German, I imagine we would refer to Berlin-speak. It is bureaucratic language, which knows no borders. 天下乌鸦一般黑。
