Kind of = Sort of? or any difference? #1: Susan kind of shrugs. #2: We've all sort of felt it I've been wondering the expression 'kind of' in sentence #1 could be changed as 'sort of'. And the same question on #2. sort of -> kind of : Is it possible? Threfore, kind of = sort of? (interchangeable?) or any difference?
