What's the subject of this sentence? Just because I told you my story does not invite you to be a part of it. What's the subject? Is that "I told you my story" or "Just because I told you my story"?

Just because I told you my story (that) does not invite you to be a part of it. Technically, the subject is "that', but as you can see, it is omitted. So the subject becomes the entire subordinate clause: "Just because I told you that" Entire clause can be subjects in English.
