I have a question... i dont know if it's ok to say:
She loves her pets.
or
She loves their pets.
which one it's ok?

She loves her pets.[ the pets belong to her]
She loves their pets.[ the pets belong to other people]

They are both ok.
She loves her pets. If she loves HER pets, los mascotas de ella.
her= algo de ella
She loves their pets. If she loves someone else's pets. los mascotas de otra gente.
their= algo de ellos

That depends who the pets belong to. Both are fine.

Depends who you are speaking of. If you are speaking in the third person, or about another person: "She loves her pets." is a proper sentence; although a little vague.
If the person you are talking about likes a per which belongs to someone else, then "She loves their pets"
They can both work if you are speaking of a female liking someone elses' pets.
