What does the following sentence mean? What does the following sentence mean? ex: What there's people who live there lives without TV? I can't understand "live there lives". Can it change to express the following sentence? ex: What there's people who live without TV? Thank you in advance. ( And is the phrase "thank you in advance" unusal here?)

The sentence isn't correct! It should probably be "What, there's people who live THEIR lives without TV?" You're right, it's the same as "What, there's people who live without TV?" and the phrase "thank you in advance" is ok! :)
