Is this sentence ok?_Or what would you say? Nobody else went in that room during the time I was in here.

It's okay only if "nobody else" could be extended with "than he/she ( any other person than yourself". If it was "nobody else than me" wouldn't make sense. Also, this sentence refers to two places : the first one is "that room", and the second one is "here". If they were the same place, the sentence wouldn't make sense again. But it's correct.

It's better to say: Nobody else went into that room during the time that I was in there.
