Can anyone say which one is correct'she and i is always twinkling or she and i be always twinkling'

Unfortunately neither of them makes any sense, at least to me. Twinkle is a word that is used when talking about light or a shiny surface. --> to shine repeatedly strongly then weakly, as if flashing on and off very quickly. However, if we only look at the grammar, then these examples would be correct: "She and I are always twinkling." "She and I will always be twinkling." "She and I will always twinkle."
