"See you soon" is the translation normally. In an e-mail, maybe "talk to you soon" would be more logical.

I would say, "See you soon." It's more informal but not terribly so. Do native English speakers say "Regards" at the end of emails? I don't see them doing it...I personally just say, "Sincerely." Just curious...
