What does "cheapish" mean? And what does it mean when you ad "-ish" at the end of a word?

It is an informal way to say that "almost" or "somewhat". For example, I might say a car is blueish if it looks mostly blue but also somewhat green. Or a jacket is cheapish if it is not too expensive, but not necessarily cheap. I hope that makes sense. This is a little difficult to explain.
