Ali, Yes, it is possible. Any native speaker would understand your intention. Jura and Tricia have given you the more usual methods of asking someone's preference. What's your taste? Coffee or Tea? What's to your taste? Coffee or Tea? What do you have a taste for? Coffee or Tea? taste....a preference or liking for an acquired taste a taste for sweets. season to taste

You can say: Do you prefer tea or coffee? Would you like a wine or a beer? Do you prefer chicken, beef or fish?

You can say: "what you prefer? coffee or tea?" or you can also say "do you prefer coffer or tea?"
