the expression "as well". when should i use it in a phrase or a conversation. I've seen people use this expression while they are talking but i don't understand how or when should do they use it. please someone who explain it to me he visto que la gente usa esa expresion mientras hablan pero no entiendo como o cuando se debe usar. por favor alguien que me explique

It depends on the context. It can mean 'also'. He went to Moscow and Volgograd as well. He went to Moscow. He also went to Volgograd. He brought beer as well as wine = He brought beer and wine also. Another meaning: He is as well as can be expected. = He is not as well as he might be, but considering the circumstances, he is all right.
