I don't think that there is much difference between these two sentences. However as a non-medical person, I would be much more likely to say "The wound hasn't healed yet". Doctors and nurses might say your sentences, but I don't think that anyone else would.

I think both could be correct but working in medicince I hear the wound isn't healed yet. I think closed would be ok too but less precise.
