how to express the idea? If I want to do something ,I know there is a phrase to express the idea,it is 'I'd love to 'or 'I would love to'.If I want to tell someboy I don't want to do something,how to express the idea?I mean Idiomatic expression. any answer?please

It is very straightforward when agreeing to something, but the speech used to politely decline depends upon the situation. You might use a general, 'I would like to but, .........', fill in an excuse in the blank. For example: I would like to, but I am busy then, etc. I hope this helps.
