The same tips I would give for memorizing any speech or poem. As you give the speech , imagine you are walking through your home. At each familiar place in your home, imagine you are picking up a line from the speech. You are at the door coming into your home. Pick up the line "Fourscore and seven years ago, our forefathers brought forth upon this continent a new nation...". Go into the kitchen and get the next line from the counter "....conceived in liberty,..." Go on like this through your home. Also, be sure you know what each line means. The trick hear is to link something that is unfamiliar to you (the address) with something you find familiar (your home).
