If the chat box disappears, all your chats become messages. Look under the grey box under your name. The same thing happens after you record a message to someone. HOW TO RECORD VOICE MESSAGES Here is how to work the italki Voice message. There is a 1 minute limit. 1.When you decide to send a voice message, first click onto the orange voice message symbol next to the pink send symbol. 2.Then click onto the red dot. 3.Next you get a message saying "allow" or "cancel" . Press "allow". 4.Then you will see a 1 minute digital clock appear, so start speaking loudly. The clock will turn off by itself after 1 minute. 5.Next you will see the words encoding, just wait. 6.Then you will see a pink "send" sign. Press Send. 5. Go up to your messages afterwards and press the arrow, you can then hear yourself speak.

On the top right hand corner of your page, just after your name, there is a squire column , click on it, you will find 1. Message 2 Notifications. Just browse on "Message" you will receive all the previous record of your messages / Chat Online. If it is not functional , go to the bottom of your page there you will find Get Help .
