Business Writing I know that (during some period in the future) we will be receiving documents that will (probably )be reviewing by engineers. What is the best option to say that if you write a business letter. Is the sentence below ok? if not, how would you say .. Thanks. 1. We are expected to be receiving documents that will supposedly be forwarding to the engineers for review.

Is this correct, "We are expected to receive documents that will be supposedly forwarded to the engineers for review."

Thanks Kat. You mean is it ok to say: "We will be receiving documents that will be forwarded to the engineers for review" - In this case, does "will be forwarded to" mean the same as "will be being forwarded" ?

Keep it to the point. "We will be receiving documents that will be forwarded to the engineers for review." You can also study company correspondence for ideas on the type of language your company normally uses.
